In this free video, Suzanne Armistead talks us through a guided meditation for relaxation. This is a great way to relieve stress during or after work, school, handling social anxiety, etc.
Stillness and mediation have helped Suzanne through emotions of grief and anxiety, especially after the death of her son 4 years ago. Grief, depression, anxiety and stress are common in our lives and can be difficult to deal with. Using stillness and intention, Suzanne learned how to calm her anxiety, anger, fatigue and sadness, and now she shares this work with others.
If we want to be happy with ourselves, to love ourselves and truly appreciate the beauty of life, it’s important to relax, place intention on our physical bodies, clear the mind, quiet our thoughts and be here now. Happiness does not come from material possessions or from another person, it comes from within. We all have infitinite joy within us, and Suzanne is dedicated to helping others discover their joy as she has.
