I recommend &quot;Gnaural&quot; a program that creates Binaural beats. 
They will definitely help you relax and feel the bliss. The music is a wonderful aid in meditation, highly recommended. 
They work on their own too, just meditating or just theta music, but I really recommend them in combination. Then again, theta wave music will almost automatically send you into meditation anyways.
