i agree, but however vigorous efforts pay off as your get perfectly in tune with your environment and yourself, then you notice nothing, yet everything
when you learn to do so music affects nothing but instead enhances ones experience and it even lets in certain vibes that can be obtained with emotion and feeling

You know normally …
You know normally you don’t listen to music when you meditate because then you’re forced to also focus on the music and meditation means to either focus on nothing and clear your mind or to focus on something in yourself (for example energy, pain, or wounds you want to heal fast)…Anyway, doesn’t matter now. The music is really beautiful ^^
