NOTE: It is important to have a strong foundation, do not neglect the lower chakras! The lower chakras focus on details such as our home, familiy, and feelings, while the upper chakras develop synthesizing views and wisdom that help us understand the grander order of things. All of our chakras affect one another and ultimately work together.

I hope some of you are able to benefit from this. Guided meditations really helped me out in the beginning, and I loved these tracks.. I could really feel the results.

i love meditation …
i love meditation but its hard to find good music that last longer then 3-5 minutes. If you know of any albums for meditation that have songs that are at least 10-15 minutes or of one that is an hours please email me.

@StreetPulseParkour Hmm…I have not listened to this yet, I haven’t had the time, but I have never had this happen to me. If you do it on impulse, then it might be normal (or not). I think you just have a strong Third Eye…haha, I don’t know about mine, I haven’t had a psychic thought in a LONG time!

At the end of this meditation i rub my palms together and then lay them over my eyes, and all ways i see alot of white dots like stars, its as if i am in a night sky or space looking at all these start surrounded by darkness. Is this normal?

When I was doing this at first I could feel my heart beat every wear in my body then I started thinking about my grand mother who died a I saw my self siting next to her and the when I was breathing I felt as if some thing was kind of being pulled from me then I lost the sensation and I stoped
