Beautiful and inspiring new age ambient music can help create inner peace. It can support personal growth, healing and alleviate pain, stress, anxiety, fears and insomnia.

Since 1980, I have been channeling new age keyboard music. Through the years I have tuned into individuals, groups of people, those in transition, events, lyrics, video productions, and have brought through melodies that have had powerful effects.

My new age music has inspired artists and writers, increasing their creativity. Psychotherapists, Reiki and massage therapists find that is takes their work to deeper levels. I have discovered that autistic children are able to interact with these melodies. The passages of this new age music supports deep relaxation, and if used during meditation, it can take one on a spiritual journey. Hospitals and clinics are using my new age music to comfort patients undergoing medical procedures.

Words are inadequate to describe the experiences my new age music offers. You must listen to it, allowing the notes to enfold you in their embrace. As background music, the effects are subtle. Intentional listening to this music with no outside interruptions, creates the most desirable effects.

By incorporating beautiful, soothing and relaxing new age music into our daily lives, we can experience joy, we can find inner peace and harmony with all that is. And most importantly, we can feel connected with our loving God, and one another.

I am indeed blessed to be able to offer this sacred gift to the World, to help create inner, and thus outer peace in our Planet.

Well according to the Cambridge Dictionary, to meditate, is “the act of giving your attention to only one thing, either as a religious activity or as a way of becoming calm and relaxed”. The dictionary goes on to describe Transcendental Meditation as “a method of calming the mind and becoming relaxed by silently repeating a special word or series of words many times”. For the purposes of what we are trying to achieve here, you will need to embrace something from both of those definitions.

A Japanese rock garden (枯山水, karesansui?), sometimes mistakenly called a Zen garden, is an enclosed shallow sandpit containing sand, gravel, rocks, and occasionally grass and/or other natural elements. In my ongoing quest to compose the most relaxing music I possibly can, I had an idea that to further the relaxation deeper than by music alone, and adding alpha brainwave entrainment, why not also musically guide the breathing at the same time? This will (I hope) at least offer enough positive distractions to promote a healthy relaxation period clear of negative thoughts. What I really aim for with this piece is for the listener to “tune in” their bodys to the most relaxing vibrations, your brain activity slowed down gently to a healthy state, your breathing slowed to a healthy state, and the music I have composed to let you float along blissfully.
