I want to Astral Travel.?

Author: admin  /  Category: Calming Meditating Music, Meditation By Music

Please no comments saying I’m on drugs, or its not real. Do not judge me on how old I am, please.

I have a few questions, about Astral Travelling.

-Can I Astral Travel WITHOUT meditating (ever).
-Can I Astral Travel with music on. (Not calming).
-Would it help to listen to my ipod (Calming music) while trying to astral travel.
-Will I encounter spirits.
-Where do I go, when I start Astral traveling. Can I go anywhere I want?
-I am 12 years old, will this change anything.
-And, Is there any possibility I will be stuck outside my body.
-If I am woken, up with my spirit outside my body, will my spirit go back into my body?

Thanks to everyone who answers. (:

I started when I was 14, using lucid dreaming as a springboard, which doesn’t require meditation. Meditation does help and can be a real adventure though, never say never on that one! For some lucid dreaming techniques see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lucid_dream . Once you’re lucid, just turn off the dream scenery and you’ll find yourself in a vibrational state back in your bed and will be ready to float off.

Non-calming music won’t get you far, but calm ambient stuff with no lyrics might, especially if it contains binaural beats – google hemisync metamusic for more information on that. If you put binaurals on an ipod, use apple lossless format for best results.

You might meet other people or you might not, it depends where you go. I didn’t initially but often do nowadays. You don’t have any limits as to where you can go other than your beliefs – if you have trouble getting anywhere specific just try again another day, you usually discover it’s possible eventually.

I’ve been out many hundreds of times over the years and have never had the slightest problem with getting stuck outside my body. The real problem is staying out of it long enough to explore. The slightest noise or movement will send you back to your body so don’t worry about that!

Like the song Bang Bang by Dispatch, its so relaxing and chill. Also anything along the lines of Edwin McCain’s acoustic version of I’ll be. Any suggestions? For relaxation music, I lean toward acoustic or songs with simple melodies Some of my faves: Alice In Chains – Nutshell Bob Dylan – Blowin’ in the Wind Buffalo Springfield – For What Its Worth Cat Stevens – Wild World Collective Soul – Run Duncan Sheik – A Body Goes Down Eric Clapton – Running on Faith (unplugged version) Incubus – I Miss You (acoustic Version) Jack Johnson – Flake Jeff Buckley – Hallelujah Nick Drake – Pink Moon The Nixons – Sister (acoustic) Otis Redding – Sittin On (Dock of the Bay) Ryan Adams – Desire Shinedown – Simple Man (acoustic cover of Lynyrd Skynyrd) Smokey Robinson – Track of My Tears Staind – Epiphany Tim Buckley – Once I Was Van Morrison – Into The Mystic
